1. Introduction
This notice describes information processed by the DevAura Technologies website when you make an enquiry, request an audit, use chat, subscribe to updates or sign in to administration. Please send only information needed for your request. Do not submit passwords, private access links, payment-card details or sensitive personal records through public forms, chat or the audit tool.
2. The Data We Collect About You
Contact enquiries collect your name, email, optional phone and message. Quote requests also collect the selected service, budget, timeline, company and preferred contact method. These enquiries are saved in our lead database. Audit requests store your submitted and normalized website URL, contact details, reported technology, traffic, bottleneck, notes, marketing choice, IP address, scan results, generated analysis and email-dispatch status. A quote in progress is saved in your browser tab session storage, including entered contact and project details, until cleared on successful submission/reset or by your browser. Chat sends the conversation supplied with your request to Google Gemini; this application does not save chat transcripts to its database. Administrators have account/profile records, hashed passwords and reset codes, device-session information and security logs.
3. Purposes and Service Providers
We use enquiries to respond about your project and audit records to run diagnostics, return results, prevent duplicate requests and track delivery. Where configured, Brevo processes enquiry notifications, audit emails and password-reset messages. Newsletter signup is separate: when enabled it sends your email to a configured Brevo contact list; if unavailable, the site does not claim you subscribed. Audit processing requests the public website you submit and sends its URL to Google PageSpeed Insights. Google Gemini receives the target URL, client name, reported technology, pain point and observed telemetry to prepare the analysis. The URL can include a path and query string, so do not submit URLs containing personal information or access tokens. Google processes chat messages when you send them. These requested services run separately from optional analytics consent; declining analytics does not disable them. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies security tokens and may receive an IP address. Authorized image uploads are stored in publicly accessible Vercel Blob storage. Optional Google tracking and Vercel analytics/performance scripts load only after analytics acceptance. Provider availability and settings can differ by deployment; no promise of a provider training exclusion, processing country or zero retention is made here.
4. Storage, Security and Your Choices
The application uses authenticated administration, role checks, rate limits and validation to restrict access and misuse; these measures do not make any service risk-free. Analytics choices are stored separately from form submissions. The application recognizes a consent choice for up to 180 days, configures administrator sessions for eight hours and rejects password-reset codes after ten minutes; these validity periods do not mean all related database records are automatically erased. Lead, audit, security-log, mailbox, provider and backup deletion periods are not enforced by a single automatic retention schedule in this application. A request to remove information needs review across those locations. Removing a lead alone does not remove its associated audit record or an email already sent. You can decline analytics, clear browser storage, stop sending chat messages, and request access, correction or deletion through our contact channel; the response depends on identity verification and applicable obligations.
