1. Website Use and Enquiries

This website provides information about DevAura services and ways to send enquiries. Sending a form, using chat or receiving an automated audit does not sign a Statement of Work, purchase a paid service or establish project scope, pricing or delivery commitments.

2. Description of Services

DevAura describes software development, cloud, AI and consulting capabilities on this website. Deliverables, acceptance criteria, payment terms, support and responsibilities for a commissioned engagement should be recorded in the agreement accepted for that project.

3. Intellectual Property

Project ownership, source-code handover and third-party licences should be addressed in the applicable project agreement. A website enquiry does not transfer project intellectual property or grant rights to third-party materials.

4. Automated Tools and Their Limits

Automated audits use public website observations and may be partial or unavailable. They cannot verify internal architecture, security certification, conversion loss or project outcomes. Chat and generated analysis may contain errors and need human review. They do not replace a signed project assessment or agreement.

5. Project Agreements and Applicable Requirements

Read the agreement applicable to your engagement for its governing law, dispute process and commercial terms. This website does not designate a new jurisdiction or replace applicable legal requirements. Contact us to clarify the contracting details before committing to a project.
